The Goal Zero Guide 12 Solar Kit W/ Nomad 5 offers a lightweight and portable power solution for adventurers and those off the grid. This kit harnesses solar energy to keep your essential electronics charged. It includes the Guide 12 Power Bank and the Nomad 5 Solar Panel.

The Nomad 5 Solar Panel features 5 watts of monocrystalline solar in a rugged enclosure, complete with an easy-to-use kickstand to help you find the optimal angle for sun exposure and a built-in USB output for direct charging.

The Guide 12 Power Bank is a portable, rechargeable battery pack with a 2,500mAh (12Wh) capacity. It can fully recharge a typical smartphone once, a POV camera or headlamp 2.5 times, or give a tablet a 25% boost. The power bank houses four removable, rechargeable NiMH AA batteries, which can also be used independently for devices like headlamps or flashlights, and includes an AAA adapter for versatility. It features a USB-C input for charging from the solar panel or a USB source, and a 5V, 1A USB Type-A output for charging your devices. A built-in 100mW LED flashlight is also included for convenience.

The Guide 12 Power Bank charges in approximately eight hours directly from the Nomad 5 Solar Panel under full sun, or in about four hours from a USB source. The kit is designed for backpack adventures, providing reliable power for small USB-outfitted devices and AA/AAA powered gear.
